
We want every student to get maximum value from their time with us.
The guidelines below keep scheduling fair and the studio running smoothly.
1. Registration & Starter Pack
* Full payment up-front: Your package must be paid in full before we can lock in the first lesson.
* Starter Pack validity: The special Starter Pack offer is valid 7 days after your trial.
* First-lesson deadline: Book your first lesson within 21 days of signing up, or the slot may be released.
2. Lesson Scheduling
* All lessons are booked directly with your instructor before you leave the studio.
* Please arrive 5 minutes early; sessions end at the scheduled time even if you are late.
* Calendar-month limit: One (1) reschedule per calendar month is free.
Extra changes count as a used lesson.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Weekday - Minimum notice: 24 hours | How to reschedule: Rebook within 3 working days.
Weekend / Public Holiday - Minimum notice: 48 hours: How to reschedule: Rebook within 3 working days.
No-show / late cancel - Minimum notice: n/a | How to reschedule:
4. Make-Up Lessons
Offered only with a valid medical certificate for you or an immediate family member.
Traffic, weather, work, study, or general busyness are not covered.
Other emergencies are reviewed case-by-case; proof may be requested.
5. Extended Breaks & Re-Enrollment
* Planning to be away for 3 weeks or more? Pay a non-refundable 50 % deposit on your next package at the final lesson of each package.
* If lessons stop for over 1 month without a valid reason (see below), a S$50 re-enrollment fee per person applies on return.
> Valid reasons (fee waived):
・Medical emergency (self or immediate family)
・Overseas relocation
・Critical family matters (bereavement, caring for a seriously ill relative)
NOTE: “Need more practice,” “busy with work/school,” or general scheduling conflicts do not qualify.
6. Course Progression & Package Expiry
* Pay for your next package no later than the final lesson of your current package to keep the same slot.
* A package expires if no lessons are taken for 5 weeks after your last session; unused lessons are forfeited.
7. Promotional Content & Talent Management
* We may photograph or film lessons/events for promotional use.
Opt-out: Email info@showningdj.com before your session.
* Talent-management support (gig negotiation, socials advice, etc.) is included from enrolment until 6 months after graduation. During this period ShowNing DJ Lab acts as the first point of contact for external DJ work.
8. Refund & Transfer Policy
All sales are final. Packages, fees, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

By participating in the first lesson, you acknowledge and accept the courses's Terms and Conditions.
This attendance will be considered as agreement to all outlined policies, including but not limited to participation requirements, cancellation policies, and payment terms.
